"Pretty smooth return, honestly"
I had to send back a jacket that didn’t fit, and the return process on arnotts.ie was actually straightforward. The steps were easy to follow and my refund came through after about a week. It wasn’t instant, but there was no real stress or hassle, which was a nice surprise. Would’ve loved slightly quicker updates, but overall it went well

"Pleasantly surprised by the quick help"
I had a small issue with my order, so I sent a message to arnotts customer service and didn’t expect to hear back that quickly. To my surprise, they replied fast and actually seemed to understand what I was asking about.
They got everything sorted without making it feel like a big hassle, and they kept me updated along the way. It was a genuinely nice experience, especially when you’re used to customer service being a bit of a struggle. I’d happily order from them again.

"Usually find what I’m looking for"
They’ve got a good range of stuff, and most of what I needed was actually in stock, which was nice. The site/store was easy enough to browse too, so it didn’t feel like a hassle. Any time wasted searching around felt avoidable since things were laid out clearly.

"Checkout was easy, but of course I hit a few slow pages"
I used Arnotts to order a gift and, to be fair, it was straightforward. The site was easy enough to get around and the checkout didn’t take long, which was a relief because these things usually end up being a hassle for me. The only annoying bit was that a few pages loaded slowly on my end, because apparently I can’t just have a completely smooth online shop. Still, overall it was a good experience and I’d use it again.

"Quick delivery and very straightforward"
I ordered from Arnotts and it showed up sooner than I expected. Because they kept sending updates, I knew what was happening the whole time, and the parcel arrived on the day they said it would. No hassle at all, so I’d definitely use them again
